黃仲崑飯水分離 當白老鼠甩肉

黃仲崑前陣子染恙蟲病，鬼門關前走一回，瘦到69公斤，他想再精瘦，嘗試「飯水分離法」，吃飯時不喝水，要喝也挑固定時段，自當白老鼠；他妻子LuLu最近出瑜伽書，同時又推《LuLu's快瘦XS女神操》瘦身書，教女生兩周內精雕出比基尼性感曲線，她自己也身體力行，展現成果秀給大家看。
