克林伊斯威特的太太迪娜伊斯威特，22日正式訴請離婚，結束17年婚姻。８月底兩人傳出分居風暴，迪娜９月曾訴請離婚，但兩天後改變心意撤消，但這次恐已無挽回餘地。據《時代週刊》報導，48歲的迪娜以「無法協調的歧見」為訴請離婚的原因，要求83歲的克林給付贍養費、訴訟費，以及兩人16歲女兒摩根的監護權。
