孫耀威18日舉辦發片記者會，新浪微博和中天合辦的「凍齡男神」票選，他力壓林志穎奪冠。40歲的他大林１歲，「林比較精緻，但我更有男人味。」而林已當爸，預計再５年才生子的他笑說：「這方面他比較Man。」交情深厚的兩人以前晚上常相約打保齡球，並分別買同款跑車，見面聊改裝心得。

他欣賞梁朝偉愈老愈帥，並期待自己長皺紋，將來不做微整形，「娃娃臉最大的好處是現在演偶像劇，打扮一下也能演爸爸。」他自稱在感情裡像小女人，常假裝吵架摔東西，但２秒就和好，「平常不吵架，卻渴望愛得轟轟烈烈。」女友陳美詩生日２月22日，他當天一定用手機拍下２點22分的時鐘傳給她。
