林美照車禍吃官司 一審判拘役30天

演員林美照前年底涉嫌開車撞傷騎士，被檢方以過失傷害罪起訴。台北地院審理後，因雙方沒有和解，所以今天上午判處林美照拘役三十天，可易科罰金。全案可上訴。

林美照被控在民國100年12月間，開車經過新北市新店祥和路時撞傷廖姓女騎士，導致對方骨折、頭顱內出血等傷害，傷者事後提出刑事附帶民事訴訟，主張受到重傷害，求償新台幣380萬。法院開庭期間，林美照認罪並表態有誠意和解，但對方的求償金額過高。法院參考醫院的鑑定報告，認定廖姓女騎士並非重傷害，又審酌被告坦承犯行、態度良好，所以今天判處拘役三十天，如易科罰金三萬。
