認歲月累積壓力　李詠嫻自爆想整型

36歲李詠嫻家庭、事業美滿，身為2個孩子的媽，她注重外表和體態保養，許多人靠整形「凍齡」，她坦言過去心態排斥，隨著年紀增長，感受到歲月的無情壓力，她笑說：「現在會考慮，因為電視都變HD了嘛！」

李詠嫻昨（2）日出席果汁代言活動，總以健康形象示人的她，自招無數次想過「進廠維修」，無奈老公艾力克斯嚴格下達禁令，讓她遲遲不敢行動，「他不想要我去，希望盡量自然，兩人要一起變老嘛！」

現階段除了注意飲食，李詠嫻也積極投入運動，每周安排2至3天，和老公一起做TRX、游泳及跑步，為保年輕相當認命，暫時放下整形念頭，她表示：「我會盡量做到底，沒有選擇再說。」
