鄭秀文日前與張家輝出席《失戀急讓》記者會。她將滿42歲生日，張笑稱要請她吃飯，她打趣說為了「操練」不能多吃，只好坐著陪吃，並說：「生日不需驚喜，只要平日與安仔（許志安）相處得好就足夠了，也不打算生小孩，將來如想當父母就領養。」

她12月在紅磡體育館開唱，近來常與許志安一起跑步練體力，還一起節食。

她也心疼粉絲買到黃牛票，「公開售票當日，每人最多買４張，希望對真正想看的人公平點。」呼籲當天黃牛票不要賣得太離譜，是否加場？她曾開過16場３面台，累到筋疲力竭，加場要看當時的體力。
