丁小芹代購出包 還錢不起訴

藝人丁小芹被控去年幫人代購BALENCIAGA機車包，收了４萬8800元後，卻拖延半年未出貨，涉嫌詐欺，事後丁還錢，對方撤告。台北地檢署昨不起訴丁小芹。她自去年起爭議不斷，爆出多起債務糾紛，包括代購出包、積欠房租和員工薪資到買保持捷拖欠貸款等。

去年６月21日，李姓女子透過臉書請丁買鮮紅色機車包，丁開價３萬8800元，要對方先付３萬元訂金，並承諾７月到貨。但丁自７月起一再推稱包包卡在海關，11月改口說訂到最新款，須加價１萬，李女同意加價購買，但最後沒錢也沒收到包，憤而提告。兩人最後和解，丁還錢，獲不起訴處分。
